Job Description:
-Manage full spectrum of quality control process, including production process quality control, finished goods inspection, pre-shipment inspection and rejection goods control.
-Responsible for plant environment management.
-Responsible for product specification management and control.
-Manage QS license and relevant matters.
-Set up quality specification process, including setting up specification for materials/products and maintaining quality control system.
-Responsible for suppliers' quality control and proactively provide guidance/support.
-Manage the QC team's daily operation as well as increase the team's overall capability.
-Ensure the team operates with degree of professionalism and complies with Clorox and local requirements.
-Conduct internal audit from time to time to optimize efficiency.
-Support new product development and assist trial run.
-Support the approbation of new product by the government.
-Maintain rapport and dialogue with government and relevant agencies, particularly AQSIQ(China quality management department) and MEP(China environmental management department).
-Keep abreast with trends and latest development in the field.
-Communication with cross-functional teams, particular marketing team on product development and specification.

Job Requirement:
1.Years and Type of Experience
-At least 5 years' hands-on experience in quality control management, preferably with MNCs.
-Solid knowledge of production and sourcing.
-Experience of vendor management a major plus.
-Experience working in a production setting a major plus.

2. Education Level/Degree
-Preferably university graduate with a degree in production, engineering and related discipline.
-With ISO9001 Quality Internal Auditors Qualification.

3. Technical Skills
-ISO9001 quality management knowledge.
-5S environment management knowledge.

4. Managerial Skills and Abilities
-At least 3 years' experience in managing a QC team.
-With fast consumption goods QC experience.
-Solid presentation and communication skill.
-Attention to detail and highly analytical.
-Track record of solid supervision experience a major plus.

5. Other Languages Required
-Cantonese highly preferable.
-Reasonable level of English proficiency.
