1.1. Responsible for design review and to ensure that technical requirements are met
1.2. Drive the site data collection. Complete questionnaires with TSS
1.3. Ensures that information needed by the A/E firm have been provided in a timely manner
1.4. Thorough knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies
1.5. Thorough knowledge of equipment and equipment suppliers in China and abroad
1.6. Experience in the permitting process with regulatory authorities
1.7. Knowledge of construction and building codes
1.8. Knowledge of regulations such as discharge limits, odor abatement, reporting requirements
1.9. Prior experience in aerobic wastewater treatment plant design and operation
1.10. Review and approve design documents, such as PFD, P&ID, spec sheets and bid documents
1.11. Prepare detailed schedule
1.12. Support equipment and services procurement program, including bids review
1.13. Support the preparation of cost estimates
1.14. Knowledge of both Chinese and English languages
