General Summary Statement

This position will be responsible for the efficient and effective collections & Loan Recovery processes of FAFC's retail portfolio, ensuring that there is strict adherence to all Chinese legal & regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring that all of FAFC's interests, policies & procedures are always followed in accordance to company guidelines and that the Company's interests are never compromised.

They will be required to ensure that professional, effective and courteous customer follow-up on delinquent customers is maintained, including the prompt handling of loss contracts and regular reporting provided to management.

员工需要以专业、高效并且是礼貌的方式对逾期客户进行催收，及时对核销客户进行恰当的处理，并定期提供管理层需要审核的报告。

Key Duties

• Work with the Loan Recovery Coordinator to evaluate all of the viable options that are available to FAFC when handling delinquent customers.
• Ensure all delinquent contracts are actioned in an effective and efficient manner, by focusing on delinquency control, portfolio management, and collection productivity, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Administer and maintain all collections and Loan Recovery processes in accordance with all Chinese legal & regulatory requirements, as well as adhering to Ford Credit's corporate standards & policies.
• File legal cases against delinquent customers with the help from legal dept.
• Follow-up these legal cases and ensure adequate and timely action taken by FAFC.
• Working closely with other departments in FAFC and communicate any systems issues that occur in CFOCUS.
• Ensure that the issuance and control of all contracts "outsourced" to external agents is administered in accordance with company procedures and guidelines, including the monthly reporting and timely payment of agent fees.
• Process data in the CFOCUS system in accurate and efficient manner to ensure the job quality and data integrity.
• Maintain a good record and filing system to ensure the customer's data and contracts are maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
• Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business.

同坏账回收协调员一起评估公司对逾期客户可能采取的各种措施

确保有效地跟进所有的逾期客户，在保持客户满意度的情况下，主要从事逾期客户比率控制、逾期客户管理，提升催收效率等工作。

在遵守中国法律法规的前提下，严格遵循所有的坏账回收作业流程以及相关的公司政策和标准。

在法务部门的协助下，对严重逾期的客户提起法律诉讼。

跟进相关法律流程，确保公司及时采取相关措施

通过与公司其他部门的沟通与合作，确保CFOCUS系统的问题能够及时得到处理。

在CFOCUS系统中准确记录相应的信息，从而确保工作质量和数据的真实完整。

根据公司的作业流程和政策，确保所有外包给外部催收机构的账户得到有效的管理，包括每月的业绩报告和支付的催收费用

对文件归档系统进行良好的的维护，确保客户合同、数据等信息依照公司的指导方针得到合理的保存。

执行其他公司分配的临时性任务，为相关业务活动供必要的支持。

Requirements:

• College graduate with major in law preferred.
• Proven previous experience in the area of collections/loan recovery and suit case experience.
• Strong, confident, non-confrontational negotiation skills and good follow-up skills.
• Strong inter-personal skills / good team player.
• Good computer skills.
• Logical thinking and analytic ability / skills.
• Good written and verbal English language skills.
