General Summary Statement

This position is to support operational processes to ensure the continuity of the business, enhance the processes and upgrade the efficiency while fully comply with company's policy & procedures and adhere to the corporate change control management processes. Scope of the responsibility includes the administration of the company's core systems, provides solutions to day-to-day business process issues and also collaborate with other IT communities to provide and implement long-term solutions. The responsibility is also extended to writing business specifications, conduct User Acceptance Testing, deploy and provide trainings.

Key Duties

· Provide level 1 support and system-related problem analysis and solution to ensure no business disruption

· Systems security administration

· Develop and maintain MIS reporting for all aspects of the business

· Collaborate with other IT and business functions

· Identify process variability within the location and develop / implement efficient and effective changes

· Development, review or take the lead role to develop business specifications and test cases

· Lead, Coordinate and Complete the User Acceptant Testing

· Ensure that all control change management steps are completed prior to implementation of any changes, including all procedures / user guides / other IT documents

· Provide system related trainings

Candidate Requirements

· At least bachelor degree (preferable major in MIS or Finance)

· Very good command of MS Office Suite especially Excel and Access (Know Oracle or XML is an advantage)

· Understanding of IT environment and infrastructure/architecture and Database

· Strong customer focus, very logical thinking, good business analysis and problem solving skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; Knowing Portuguese is valuable

· Good general business acumen with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to articulate complex business and technical matter to all levels of employees

· Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach to tasks

· Self-motivated, self-initiative, strong sense of ownership, accountable, and able to work as a team and individually
