1 Responsibilities:
? Be accountable for database design and implementation, and work with whole development team to ensure an optimized end-to-end solution delivered.
? Be responsible for database evolution plan and implementation for long-term product evolution.
? Be responsible for database deployment design (including SW and HW dimensioning) to achieve high availability and best performance.
? Provide technical support for customer reported issue on live systems, including database related troubleshooting and performance tuning, to stabilize and optimize live system.
? Lead the decision that is related to database in product technical board.
? Lead the study of database trend and technology, e.g. NOSQL, Big Data, etc.

2 Authorities:
? Make decision on database technology selection, database related solution.

3 Profile/Competence:
? Experienced in database design on Oracle and MySQL
? Good knowledge in database technology trend
? Experienced in database deployment, administration, troubleshoot and performance tuning
? Experienced in integrating database across JEE application, OS, network and hardware
? Good knowledge in service enablement domain
? Good communication and coordination skill to work with cross-functional team
? Good understanding in Service Enablement business, product and solution
? Good speaking and writing skill in English.
