ACDL has helped leading luxury groups improve their retail operations and sales capabilities across Asia. We operate in three major geographic areas of Greater China, North Asia and South East Asia.

As a training partner for a leading consumer product group, we are looking for the right candidate to be in charge of training for one of their prestige skincare brands.

Title: National Travel Retail Training Executive/Manager
Role: To build expert counseling service & selling skills by planning and executing high quality training and deliver business/organizational results.

Main responsibilities:

Building the business
- Train, Develop and Retain BCs of her area.
- Build equity of brand by role modeling BC.
- Reflect consumer objections into training agenda and train BC swiftly.

Building the organization
- Conduct high quality skill training based on and transfer knowledge and skills.
- Conduct high quality initiative training to increase initiative success.
- Conduct high quality counter coaching to increase BC capability as well as to sense emerging needs from counter interactions and competitive activities and feed to training group.
- Develop new hires by conducting intensive training.
- Identify and prioritize training needs by working closely with field supervisor & Training Manager.
- Develop & customized coaching for individual BC.
- Collect feedback from all training and share appropriately to keep improvements.
- Keep brushing up own technical mastery and training skills.

Requirements:

-Good command in both Oral and written English
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Pro-active mind-set and business-orientated
- Strategic agility
- Dealing with ambiguity
- Self motivated, self management and very dynamic
- Good knowledge and interest in cosmetics, lifestyle, fashion trends and luxury
- University degree with 5+ years working experience in training management
- Above Bachelor Degree
