Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be able to work with geographically diverse teams.
• BS or greater, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical experience in a few of the following areas
1. Minimum 4 years Experience in developing driver/user mode applications for Android using a variety of development platforms (Pandaboard/Snapdragaon, etc.)
2. Minimum 3 years experience Windows-based software development using C#, .NET, WPF, Visual C++, MFC, ATL/COM, etc.
3. Experience in developing multi-threaded C++ or Java applications. Working knowledge of hardware, device driver development, USB, I2C/SPI protocols desirable but not required.
• Excellent communication, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Understands and adheres to software development processes including writing specifications, design, coding, validation, etc.
• Solid team player with experience working across teams.
• Ability to work creatively and independently with minimum supervision following specifications and project schedule.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Matlab
• Experience developing firmware/embedded software for mobile products
• Experience in developing display-related device drivers for mobile industry
• Experience in developing mobile applications and understanding of the mobile OS ecosystem will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience working and debugging hardware/instrument control products.
