Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all import and export activities with highest compliance and cost-efficient way to ensure the delivery smoothly and meet the target of customs clearance.
• Apply the certificate of duty-exempted equipment, handle the importation of bonded equipment and spare part, in compliance with customs regulations completely on bonded equipment management.
• Implement customs system and maintain the customs-related data in real time, deliver the customs report on time.
• Provide the necessary training or awareness to other departments on Customs & CIQ regulations and initiate the periodical communication with cross function.
• Build up effective communication with customs, CIQ and keep a good relationship with government authorities to enhance the company reputation properly.
• Manage broker and forwarder’s performance, define SOP, KPI and monitor daily operation.
• Initiate the cost saving on customs affairs.
• Develop the customs team to meet the business expansion.
• Keep the customs documents in good order.

Essential requirements:

• Education: College or above;
• 5 years or over working experience in customs clearance field;
• Familiar with Chinese Customs/CIQ regulations, process of import & export;
• Excellent organization and coordination skills;
• Work experience in foreign company is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Strong in problem-solving and communication skill;
• Skillful with MS office.
