Job Responsibilities 工作职责

1) Responsible for Document Management coordination.

负责文件管理及调度。
2) Setting up projects(doctypes, areas, numbering) instructions.

制作项目文件指南（包括文件类型、存放区域、编号规则等）
3) Training of new users.

培训项目文件用户
4) Communication with other EC resources.

负责与设计中心的沟通协调
5) Best knowledge how to use doc control software

熟练使用文件处理软件程序
6) Make sure that Doc.Management is generally working.

确保项目文件管理有效运行
7) Complete other related tasks ordered by line manager.
完成直线经理安排的其他工作。

Qualifications 任职要求

1) Education: college degree or above.

专科及以上学历
2) Experience in project management or document management ispreferred

具备项目管理或文件管理经验优先
3) Language skills: Good verbal and written English skills are a must.

具备英文听说能力
4) Computer skills: Solid computer skills mastering basics in Microsoft office

具备良好计算机操作技能，掌握office知识
5) Primary level of knowledge of engineering and project management.

具备工程机项目管理基础知识
6) Team player, having good communication and coordination skills.

In addition, it will accelerate its expansion into other areas of industrial processes and facilities such as chemicals.

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
