Position Focus:

Cost savings & margin improvement for all existing business

Scope:

1. Organize Cost Technology Optimization (CTO) workshop with cross functional team including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and commercial.

2. Coordinate cross functional team to identify & validate CTO ideas,

3. Communicate with other engineering managers to discuss with customers, and get them booked.

4. Report progress and updates regularly to management.

Education:

1. Bachelor degree or above of Engineering or Business Management.

2. Finances with electrical/electronics industrial experience is also suitable for the position.

3. Good English in written and verbal

4. Good skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Experience:

1. 2 years working experience or above in electrical or electronics products

2. Automotive industry not mandatory but preferred

3. General understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes and documentations
