Position Focus:

Support T and C business engineering modifications of existing T and C products for customized applications.

Scope:

Requires general supervision.

Limited or no supervisory responsibilities.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Engineering or other technical degree, Master degree preferred.

Experience:

Requires 5+ years experience in Terminals and Connectors design engineering

Comments:

Experience in design engineering of T and C products. Experience in documentation and engineering process control. Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

Ability to effectively innovate and implement. Ability to lead and manage cross functional groups of employees. Self-strter, requiring minimal supervision. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Polished demeanor and presentation, ability to negotiate effectively. Understanding of engineering. Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint and project. Ability to interface effectively with the customer.

Ability to travel. Ability to work in a highly productive/constantly changing environment.
