MAIN ACTIVITIES

· Plan and optimize the production system and processes to minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital

· Assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while insuring product standards that will meet customer’s requirements

· Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations

· Ensure the production compliance to APS and 6S processes

· Communicate effectively with the GM and operation team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production objectives are met

·Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met

· Maintain production control records and provide information to management team with regard to delivery dates, schedules and operating problems

· Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned production time

· Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure to comply with all safety requirements

· Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes

· Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of the best practices

· Ensure training and development of employees to meet production requirement

· Supervise and motivate the production team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates

·All other duties assigned by the superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· University degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or manufacturing or related professionals
· Min. 5 years experiences in production management and min. 3 years experiences in the similar function in manufacturing industry and automotive industry preferred
· Strong leadership and team work orientated
· Strong organizational and planning abilities
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Good time and project management skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks or request and prioritize request as needed
· Advanced management philosophy and strategic views, familiar with modern enterprise management system and model
· Familiar with plant management and lean production management
· Good English skill both in oral and written
