MAIN ACTIVITIES· Support to set up and update the compensation and benefit regulation协助部门经理建立和完善公司薪酬福利管理制度· Make salary investigation and data analysis to ensure the competition of the salary system 进行薪酬调研,结合公司情况进行薪酬数据分析,保证公司薪酬体系具有外部竞争性 · Make position analysis and evaluation, distinguish position value and ensure the fair of the salary system 进行职位分析评估,区分职位价值,保证薪酬体系的内部公平性 ·Support to make the annual labor cost budget according to the development strategy of the company 根据公司发展战略,协助部门经理编制年度人力成本预算 · Collect the attendance record, performance review result to calculate the salary and ensure the salary payment on time 收集整理考勤数据,绩效结果,核算工资,编制月度工资表,保证工资的及时发放 · Calculate and declare the social insurance, house funding, commercial insurance and etc. 核算与办理公司员工社会保险,公积金,商业保险等相关事宜 ·Declare the individual income tax 申报员工个人所得税 ·Implement the benefit system 落实各项福利制度 · Set up and update the salary record of the employee and provide the accurate data for the policy maker 建立维护员工薪酬档案,为决策者提供准确的薪酬数据 ·Set up and update the performance regulation 协助部门经理建立和完善公司绩效管理制度 · Set up and update the annual and monthly performance review plan 完善年、月度绩效考核方案 · Support to provide performance review result as the basis of annual training plan 根据绩效考核情况,协助招聘培训专员制定下年度培训计划 · Support each department to set up performance review plan as well as collect and follow up the review results 协助各部门制定绩效考核方案,并收集整理并跟踪审核考核结果 ·Set up and update the performance record of the employee and provide the accurate data for the policy maker 建立维护员工绩效考核档案,为决策者提供完善的绩效考核依据 · Propose rationalized suggestion in compensation and benefit, and keep continuous improvement 就薪酬绩效工作提出合理化建议,保证工作持续改进 · All other duties assigned by the superior 上级领导安排的其它工作
