Purpose：
Be responsible for the company's general accounting operation, the preparation of the financial reports as well as financial ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities：
1.Lead the accounting teams in daily accounting operation to support business, focusing on general ledger, payroll, FA and inventory accounting

2.Direct the accounting teams with processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and local policies, statutory requirements and IFRS

3.Responsible for month-end closing and ensure accurate reporting on timely basis

4.Leads the IHC budget and rolling forecast process

5.Conduct routine analysis of all balance sheet accounts

6.Prepare SG&A reports by cost center and monthly SG&A spending analysis

7.Lead and coach subordinates to set and to meet objective and KPIs

8.Provide key support to Senior Finance Manager to resolve accounting issues

9.Participate in internal audits, statutory audits and tax reviews

10.Assist in special projects as needed

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting or related;

2.Requires approximately over 10 years of work experience,familiar with GL accounting management, with 2-3 years of experience in managing people;

3.In-depth knowledge of IFRS & PRC GAAP is essential, additional knowledge in Oracle or other ERP would be advantageous;

4.Have at least one of ACCA / CPA / CIA / CIMA certificates.

5.Have a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

6.Good communication skill / good interface with different function people;Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Change orientation, Ability to work effectively in a team across diverse culture and local business practices
