Position: User Experience Designer
Responsibility:
l The User Experience Designer is someone who is extremely proficient where presentation layer development & lightweight prototyping is concerned, but also has a firm understanding of how to design and develop user interfaces in a way that results in the highest possible degree of usability.
l The User Experience designer has an interest in understanding online user behaviors towards designing / developing simple, efficient, eloquent, & intuitive User Interfaces that meet Giti's business objectives and provide a superior user experience for Giti's online customers.
l Works directly with cross-functional teams of business stakeholders, analysts, architects, developers, web/graphic designers, and copywriters to design, develop, and implement innovative & cutting-edge user interface for Giti's Internet applications.
l Defines interactive user experience prototypes that illustrate & document the optimal online experience and are employed to facilitate the user testing process.
l Defines & documents presentation layer specifications for Internet projects and online standards.
l Researches the latest presentation layer technologies, user experience concepts & best practices, online trends and provides recommendations back to management, the User Experience team, & the System Development team for consideration.
Qualification:
l Holding an associate degree at least;
l At least 2-3 years working experience with some successful works including 1year related Apple products user experience design working experience;
l Working experience in e-commerce industry or B2B or B2C is preferred;
l Thinking on user side to know what they really need;
l Good communication skills and team spirit.
