• Leads a team to prepare ledgers, balance sheet and P&L statements.
• Responsible for maintaining and operating the accounting system and as the key coordinator to deal with regional and home office regarding general ledger administration.
• Work closely with Actuary team and other financial sections to ensure proper accounting record is kept in complying with PRC GAAP, US GAAP and the Company Policy.
• Coordinates with the auditors for annual audit of the Company's financials.

• Participates in the formulation of company financial control / accounting policies and procedures on expense management
• Monitors and reports the cost centre expense of each individual department against budget
• Participates in annual budget for the general expense section

• Leads, motivates and develops a team of accounting professionals
• uplift the financial accounting process efficiency and quality of work.
• Carries out ad hoc projects as assigned by superior.

• Degree holder in accounting/related discipline;
• Qualified accountant or CICPA/ACCA finalists;
• Familiar with PRC GAAP, and US GAAP policies;
• 4-5 years solid working experience in insurance industry, with 2 years in managerial role, preferably with Big 4 CPA firm experience;
• Level:Manager-senior manager;
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent leadership and people management skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• PC literate in WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
