Deloitte Enterprise Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch is currently looking for an Manager/assistant manager for its China national and global practice, the Chinese Services Group ("CSG"). This individual will be responsible for supporting not only Deloitte China firm, but also the entire Global CSG network on all strategies. The goal of CSG is to better position ourselves in our outbound (and inbound) China pursuits and serving as a catalyst for making better connections with clients around the world.
The key trait sought is the ability to take ownership of ongoing programs and a high level of proactivity. The individual must be a self-starter, and be able to offer possible solutions and options to superiors when confronted with issues and challenges, versus, just presenting a problem as it is (e.g. treasure hunting mentality).
The assistant manager, will report directly to the national director and senior manager, and will work closely with other CSG team members locally and around the globe. This position will be based in Beijing, China.
Direct responsibilities include the following:
Contribute to annual planning for the CSG team; help coordinate with other CSG team members to identify synergies, find leverage, and avoid duplication of efforts
· Help oversee and drive tactical execution of CSG's plan; drive integrated campaigns and programs, ensuring these are implemented cost-effectively and achieve desired business goals, specifically,
work closely with GCSG team members on initiatives as outlined in annual plan
work to deliver materials to support key China initiatives for the China firm and the GCSG network
create internal & external promotional materials and market GCSG capabilities
Attend internal and external GCSG meetings and lead/support internal meetings and conferences;
Assist with translation of materials
Be aware of DTT's businesses, its competitive environment and the current issues affecting the firm's performance both at the local and global levels
Evaluate GCSG community needs and proactively provide market support through the various communication channels
Operate effectively under tight deadlines to support high-profile clients

Qualification:
Requirements：
5-8 years of prior, relevant experience. Experience in FAS or Tax is preferred. Sound knowledge of fundamentals, execution in the business-to-business arena and logical problem solving thinking abilities.<BR>Previous experience in a large professional services firm a plus.
Excellent spoken and written skills in both Mandarin and English.<BR>Proven ability to execute: Superior project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality results
Demonstrated ability to work well in a complex, matrix-managed organization
Demonstrated ability to work well within teams, both in person and virtually; ability to interact with and influence others at all levels
Professional client service manner, responsiveness, flexibility, and adaptability
Strong writing skills, with demonstrated ability to help create collateral, press releases, Web content, internal communications materials, client success stories, and thought leadership reports and papers
Strong oral communications and presentation skills
Undergraduate degree required; Masters degree a plus.
