Responsibilities

1. Perform complex audits in a dynamic environment, and work on special projects with an emphasis on developing value-added recommendations that will significantly enhance the company's business;

2. Provide advisory services to Management through participation in ad hoc projects;

3. Provide direction, training, coaching, evaluation and support to a team of internal auditors.

Qualifications

1. University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;

2. Minimum 7 years'working experience in audit as an external or internal auditor, preferably gained from banking or financial institutions;

3. Holder of professional qualifications in CPA or CIA, holder of CISA or CISSP is an added advantage but not a must;

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills, solid analytical skills and strong team orientation are required;

5. Excellent English and Mandarin required.

7. The position is based in Shanghai and requires approximately 30% travel;

8. Demonstrate effective problem resolution and decision making;

9. Constantly strive for process improvements;

10. Take personal responsibility, good management skills, able to work on multi-tasks;

11. Have good understand of the insurance industry.
