职位描述
Objectives of Role:
· To provide data analysis from CRM campaigns
· Develop reports and apply marketing knowledge to derive relevant insights that can be gained from the campaign data
· To turn the insights into meaningful and impactful marketing advice to Clients and client teams for marketing communications activities.
· To work in concert with and assist in the development of CRM program strategy, data management processes and customer analytics with client and eMarketing teams
Principal Responsibilities:
· Analysis: To work alongside the planners, creative and client management teams to take analytical briefings from the client and account servicing team with the Head of Analytics.
· Develop standard customer analytics reports that allow for the analysis of customer behaviour, campaign and CRM program impact as well database quality
· Insights: To identify opportunities to improve CRM program and campaign performance as well as possible optimisation strategies in targeting and contact strategies.
· Quality Control: To ensure analytical work follows the core processes, data accuracy and reports produced are of a high standard and quality.
Skills
Experience Required:
· Educated to at least degree level
· Good knowledge of marketing and the metrics that should be used to bring improved client understanding of performance
· Statistical techniques and an understanding of their application
· At least 3-5 years experience of working on CRM projects in a combination of analytical and marketing positions, preferably with client and agency experience
Key Competencies:
· High level of numeracy
· Excellent team working skills
· Proven data understanding skills
· Excellent understanding of marketing communications
· Ability to sell ideas/concepts, excellent client sales experience
· Good oral and written communication skills including confidence when presenting to groups
· Excellent client liaison skills and pro-active approach
· Ability to identify and show empathy with clients
