IN ORDER TO Achieve What Results
1. Sales Quota Achievement & Region Business Plan
To fulfill the analysis of sales target in the term of evaluation, work out the sales plan to supervise the fulfillment IN ORDER TO make efficiency region business plan to help and direct team member to achieve sales quota.
2. Program Execution & Coordination
To supervise the program execution in regions efficiently, including organization, coordination, arrangement, supervise and evaluation of program execution IN ORDER TO perfect implement and finish program execution & coordination.
3. Sales Team Management & Resource Management
Manage and evaluate the daily work of sales Team, plan and supervise the distribution of regional resource reasonably IN ORDER TO keep sales talents and establish good resource management.
4. ND Local Team Engagement; Key Dealer Engagement & Key Account / B2B Engagement
To engage in conversation to ND local team,key dealers and B2B accounts, collect issues, the operating information and policies of our Toshiba, and then to feedback to HQ IN ORDER TO find potential market and set up good relationship with ND, Key dealer and key B2B account.
5. Dealer Development
To establish dealers’ business developing programs together, according to dealers’ operating status, promote the execution of these programs IN ORDER TO develop new dealers and increase marketing share.
6. City channel Expansion
Plan to develop regional dealers, for the need of regional market IN ORDER TO increase marketing share, improve Toshiba brand.
7. Sales Related Problem Solving
To collect and feedback the issues existing in regional sales process, to manage resource and supervise to solve, submit the issues to the management IN ORDER TO find and solve various problem in time and reduce risk for company.
