As a Senior Consultant/Manager you will:

• Lead a consulting team, supervise junior staff and be responsible of team development
• Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions
• Author presentations and present findings to clients
• Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting
• Manage parts of client engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in consulting business
• Good understanding of Project Management processes and methodology
• Experience of working in a project team, following a formal project management methodology
• ERP product implementation/integration experience is an asset

General Consulting Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills
• Experience working as a part of a culturally diverse team
• Ability to present ideas and results to technical and non–technical audiences
• Previous consulting firm experience is an asset

Since 2005, ATAWAY started business in China with multiple projects deployment, and opened a new branch Ataway Info Technology Co., Ltd at Shanghai (ATAWAY Shanghai) in 2006. ATAWAY is currently building a global service center at Shanghai in order to provide ERP application development service to projects in multiple countries. With the requirement for our fast growing up business in Shanghai and our future ERP projects in Asia, ATAWAY Shanghai is looking for Functional Consultant, Technical Consultants, and Junior Technical Business Analyst for its Business Department and Delivery Services Department.

Qualified candidates will be recruited as full time employee of ATAWAY Shanghai. They will not only gain practical experience from daily work but also receive on-the-job training to broaden professional skills.
