2.具有铸造业从业经验或拥有此工艺领域丰富知识。

3.熟悉工艺参数统计控制工具，具有良好的解决问题和改进能力。

4.具备项目管理能力。

5.英语熟练。

6.责任心强、谨慎、能独立完成工作，具有团队精神。

工作职责：

1.能成为公司浇铸工艺领域的技术带头人。

2.根据客户要求，可利用资源和质量保证体系，在相关部门的协作下制定、规范、更新工艺流程。

3.负责新产品开发，并实现相关测试提交认证报告。

4.对所负责工艺的质量参数进行评定（工艺参数统计控制）。

5.和各部门紧密协作寻找潜在的工艺改进方式（提高质量、控制成本……）。

6.制定行动计划，管理行动并对结果进行分析，以达到提高质量，减少成本，提高效率的目标。

7.在遇到主要技术问题时，能运用质量管理工具指导相关车间解决问题。

8.对公司相关的工艺标准负责（确定、规范、更新工艺技术标准），能对现有标准进行批判性研究。

9.对操作员进行特殊操作的技术培训。

10.定期向经理提交所负责工艺的整体情况报告。

11.新产品开发阶段，在所负责工艺技术领域，与客户交流新产品工艺问题并关注所有的技术问题。

12.向其它部门提供产品工业化、消耗改变、新产品开发、大规模质量问题出现时或所负责工艺项目所需的技术支持。

Job description :

As process engineer you will be the technical specialist of the portion of the process for which you will be in charge.

Qualifications required:

1. Master degree in casting, metallurgical or mechanical specialties
2. Working experiences in investment casting industry or good knowledge of this process will be really appreciated

3. Good command of SPC tools (Statistical Process Control), Problem solving methods and improvement tools

4. Ability for project management

5. Good command of English

6. Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit

Job responsibilities:

1. Be the technical leader of the company for a portion of the casting process of the company

2. Define, formalize and update with the support of the departments concerned the working instructions for the process in compliance with the customer requirements, the resources available and the "Quality Assurance Plan"

3. Pilot new investments and realize the relevant test and reports for validation

4. Responsible of the overall quality rating of his process (Statistical Process Control aspects)

5. Work closely with all the departments concerned of the company for the identification of the potential improvements of his process (quality, cost…)

6. Establish the action plan and manage the relevant actions and analysis in order to reach the target of quality, cost, manufacturing time, etc…

7. In a case of a major technical issue put in place and pilot a multidisciplinary workshop group and use quality resolution tools

8. Responsible for the " Process standard” of the company for the process concerned (define, formalize and update the technical process standards), is able to make a critical study of the existing standards

9. Provide technical trainings to the operators for specific operations

10. Report periodically on the global situation of his process scope to his manager

11. Communication with the customers during the development of the new products, and focus point of the company for all the technical issues of his process scope

12. Provide technical expertise to the other departments in case of product industrializations, consumables changes, new investments, quality crisis or multidisciplinary project linked to his process

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
