职位描述:
1.监管生产（高科浇铸工艺），以确保按时完成生产目标（保质保量，并控制成本，以及控制产品发货）
2.监管生产用消耗材料及原材料的库存情况
3.如生产要求，能协调资源，如人员、物料、设备及工装
4.指导并管理员工，确保按时上班、认真工作及接受正确的工作指令
5.通过与质量及工艺工程师合作，控制及改善工艺，承担改进生产的责任，并调查及解决质量问题
6.与其他相关部门合作，改进团队效率
7.与培训人员合作，负责员工技能的发展，并合理安排工作，确保培训
8.具有团队管理能力，负责所有生产车间的工作情况及提高员工工作激情
9.直接向外籍总经理汇报

职位要求:
1.本科以上学历，机械工程专业优先
2.7年在外企高级技术工业及机械生产管理领域的工作经验
3.熟悉生产、库存控制及ERP
4.良好的谈判及沟通技巧，有团队精神
5.英语6级水平，良好的听说读写能力
6.能在任何时间返回公司处理紧急情况
7.良好的安全意识及知识
Responsibilities:
1.Monitor production activities (high Tech foundry processes) to ensure production quantity, quality, cost and timeline goals are achieved; It includes control of product to be delivered
2.Monitor the stock level of production consumables and raw materials
3.Coordinate resources such as labor, material, equipments and tools to meet production requirements;
4.Guide and supervise employees to ensure they are at work on time, engaged in their assigned work tasks and receive adequate working direction;
5.Share responsibilities in continuous improvement of production by cooperating with process and quality engineers to control and improve process, and investigate and solve quality issues;
6.Cooperate with other teams/departments for cross team/department issues to improve team efficiency;
7.Share responsibilities in employee skill development by cooperating with department training coordinator and coordinating available resources to ensure training delivery;
8. Manage performance of the team and be responsible for overall motivation and performance of all production team members;
9. Report directly to the foreign general manager

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2. 5 years experience of high tech industrial and mechanical production managing in foreign owned company;
3.Lean manufacturing, inventory control, ERP;
4.Negotiation skills, Team player, Communication Skills.
5.Good command of both spoken and written English, CET-6 qualification;
6.Be on site in case of emergency after normal working hours;
7.Awareness and Knowledge on Safety requirements;

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
