职位描述：
1.提升品质成效和整个公司组织的质量表现。
2.通过收集数据和报表，监控公司整体的质量表现。
3.分析公司的”关键过程指标“，使用合适的方法和工具去分析体系的整体表现和改善进程的方法。
4.发展、执行、交流、维护质量计划，使质量体系和政策符合国内国际标准、法规（EN9100，AS9100）
5.筹划公司ISO 9100审计相关事项（内部和外部），并跟进这个过程的纠正行动。
6.确保公司的质量体系符合顾客的规格。
7.针对顾客的质量要求，及时接受并执行。
8.对顾客给出的质量评价，负责改善。
9.为了维持产品供应，与生产部和承包商进行有效地交流。
10.在公司的进程中，执行相关的事项，减少成本，保证质量。
11.与采购和工艺部协作，对来料制定质量检查要求。
12. 对来料，生产用料，组件，流程，成品，管理和维护公司的质量检查和产品发放。
13.针对来料，工艺，产品，监督未经确认的流程。

Job Description:
1.Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the company’s organization.
2.Monitor the global quality performance of the company by gathering relevant data and reports .
3.Analyze the “Key Process Indicators” of the company, using appropriate methodologies and tools in order to analyse the global system performance and the proposal of improvement of the processes.
4. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with national and international standards and legislation (EN9100, AS9100).
5.Plan the ISO 9001 audit activities of the company (internal and external), follow the progress of the corrective action request.
6.Insure the compliance of the company’s quality system with the customers’ specifications.
7.Responsible of the quick recognition and execution of the customer’s quality requests .
8.In charge of the improvement of the “quality rating” of the company given by the customers .
9.Effectively interact with the Production department and subcontractor in order to maintain product supply-chain.
10.Implement the relevant action in the company’s processes in order to reduce the “cost to obtain the quality”.
11.Work with Purchasing and Process departments in order to establish the quality inspection requirements for the incoming material.
12.Manage and maintain the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
13.Supervise the non conforming process for incoming material, process and products.

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
