职位描述
GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position will mainly responsible for support HR Manager on daily operations on various HR Functions, and provide administration support to HR Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Responsible for the daily operation regarding Personnel File, Contract, Pension, Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Housing Fund and other mandatory benefits service and programs either required by the government or CSA as per CSA rules and procedures.
a. Prepare renew contract for employees;
b. Maintains employee personnel files in line with company policies and government regulations;
c. Retains records in line with company record retention requirement;
2. Keep good relationship with government offices in order to ensure all company policy and practice meet the legal requirements;
3. Assist Supervisor to deal with the issues related to the job related injury and ask for the compensation from the social insurance and commercial insurance agency;
4. Assist to organize the overall activities to maintain and enhance staff relations;
5. Lead employee communication activity according schedule and follow up the feedback, including but not limited weekly production communication, monthly birthday communication, quarterly CS China newsletter, webcast communication and notice board maintenance and etc;
6. Deal with the employee’s relationship, including the disciplinary warning letter, contract termination;
7. Preparing plant holidays schedule according the Nation holidays arrangement;
8. Carry out admin relative affair according admin procedures and policy and support supervisor to do the admin cost control;
9. Daily admin supplier management, including but not limited canteen, cleaning, guards, car renting etc;
10. Carry out for the invitation letter preparation and visa application, visas and work permits for plant employees;
11. Provide service for the plant expats, including the housing renting, travel arrangement etc;
12. Assist to carry out employee’s yearly physical examination and follow up the result;
13. Keep the company’s seals and ensure the daily usage legal;
14. Carry out and update office layout according manager’s requirement;
15. Maintenance office facilities to ensure office go smoothly;
16. Carry out monthly report, including but not limited the communication function, OT, working hours report;
17. Other related tasks assigned by Supervisor;
REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:
1. College degree or above, preferably major in Administration or HR;
2. 3 years or above relevant experience preferably in a foreign company;
3. Good command of English;
4. Self-motivate, high responsible and diligent attitude, strong willingness to learn;
5. Good team-player and inter-personal skills;
6. Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Solid Team player;
2. Good interpersonal skills;
3. Strong sense of responsibility;
4. Service oriented;
