GENERAL SUMMARY：
This position will handle full training function, be responsible for training rules construction, process management, training planning follow up, training courses design and delivery etc, to make sure training plan fulfilled and training result evaluated.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Be responsible for overall training cycle management and to ensure the training policies and processes support organizational learning and company culture development;
2. Assist in policies and procedures development, implement the training policies, procedures and process in order to increase and maintain a standard training process;
3. Assist supervisor to work out annual training planning and employee career planning according to plant training need;
4. Assist supervisor to control training expenses within budget;
5. To design and deliver in-house training programs according to company requirements;
6. Update orientation package and deliver orientation training to new staff;
7. Evaluate effectiveness of programs delivered and provide timely and regular reporting to the management;
8. Control and evaluate performance of Consultation Company in order to deliver efficient and qualified service to plant;
9. Maintain employee and company training documentation; ensure to pass audit by customers;
10. Establish, maintain and develop employee recognition program to reinforce company culture and mission statement;
11. Technical Training Program Management for Technicians and engineers;
12. To take up other duties assigned by supervisor;

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE：
1.University degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation
2.Experience in Manufacturing Industry is required;
3.Need have technical training background;
4.At least 5 years in automation technical / marketing role
5.Have the capability to develop and deliver courses;
6.Computer literate and experienced in the Microsoft Office programs;
7.Good command of English.
