Target

Make and implement maintenance plan, keep them run smoothly; monitor the implementation of SOP ,keep the maintenancejob carried out in order.

Job Description

1.Machine Maintenance
1)Supervise the subordinate to implement the procedure relative to maintenance.
2)Make and implement the plan for preventive maintenance and maintenance cost budget.
3)Make/monitor the implementation electrical checklist for machine, organize to issue the SOP
4)Follow up accident maintenance, analyse the maintenance data,
continuously improve the maintenance type or method.
5)Coordinate the maintenance service done by subcontractors.
6)Join the improvement project relative to equipment and maintenance technology
7)File maintenance record strictly subject to quality system requirement.

2.Spare parts managerment
1)Work out and renew the spare parts list for machines ,update the reorder point if needed.
2)Auditing and manage the drawings of mechanical spare parts

3.Involved in the installation and adjustment for equipments.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree in electrical, automation or equivalent.
2.Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in maintenance function.
3.Good command of English and computer.
4.Solid knowledge about electrical and automation.
5.Be familiar with siemens s7-300 plc and sinamics s120 driver.
6.Be familiar with engel injection machine and hydraulic press is a plus.
7.Flexibility, creativity, aggressive attitude to work in team.
8.good communications skills.
9.Willing to work in shifts.
