Job description:

1、 Responsible for monthly finance reports (HB1 and HB2), including reporting to head quarter and the CEO of FCH; accomplish the finance target of the company.

2、 Responsible for cost accounting, including analyzing and reporting of the individual cost accounts.

3、 Responsible for cash flow, including monthly reporting.

4、 Responsible for year-end audit.

5、 Responsible for all tax related work and make sure the tax is paid according PRC law; this includes the year-end tax review.

6、 Responsible for all finance transactions with foreign affiliated companies by following the intercompany regulations and contracts with the affiliated companies.

7、 Make recommendation for cost optimization.

8、 Supervision of all sales contracts of machine and items. Timely follow up the process of payment and invoice issue.

9、 Supervision and controlling of cash and book keeping work; verify and release the book keeping and documents; ensure all documents are precise, true, integrated and complete.

10、 Organize, guide, and supervise the daily work of Finance department.
Supervision of the implementation of finance regulations.

11、 In charge of setting up and updating the job responsibility in the finance department, including working standards and process workflow.

12、 Help the management to organize the budget and forecasts by combining all budgets from the departments; weaving the yearly finance budget, cost plan and margin plan.

13、 Establish and keep a good relationship with finance bureau, tax bureau, bank, accounting firms, local government etc.

Requirements:

1、 College degree or above, Accountant title

2、 Minimum10 years working experience, 5years finance management experience

3、 English writing and speaking (CET4)

4、 Skillful PC knowledge including finance software (UFIDA ERP system)

5、 Good communication skills, teamwork, seriously and honest

With the development of the Chinese market, FRECH (Shanghai) Die Casting Machine was founded in 2005, a wholly foreign owned enterprise with actually 3 workshops, a total production area of 3800m2 and sales/service offices in Dongguan, Chongqing and Shenyang.
The new machine generation, which is sourced and assembled in FECH (Shanghai), was designed in Germany especially for the ASIA market and includes hot-chamber die-casting machines for magnesium (FCH-M line, 80t-315t) and for zinc alloy (FCH-Z line, 20t-315t) as well as cold chamber die-casting machines for aluminum and magnesium (QualiCast line, 130t-830t).
The service team can install, set-up and maintain all machines types, also the biggest machines delivered from Germany. For these bigger machines, the service team can also design, program and install the complete automation cell by itself. The teams in ASIA are working close together and offering 24h service ASIA wide.
