1. Responsible for understanding and analyzing IT projects technical requirements
2. Investigate, coordinate with senior technical teams and provide technical solution and best practices to the customers
3. Engage with customer at concept stage and assist technical decision making
4. Be aligned with and company strategy
5. Translation of project\'s technical requirements and communication to offshore teams
6. Meet established priorities and schedules for multiple projects and customers
7. Demonstrate leadership and provide direction and guidance
8. Establish and nurture productive working relationships with appropriate customer business units and external parties, to develop business success
9. Assist in all necessary project phases for development and support activities including test, requirements gathering, and fit / gap analysis
10. Coach junior staff and provide input/assistance based on related experience and expertise
11. Support team objectives and activities as well as personal job-related skill development and career-growth
12. Create and implement career development plan for software architects and technical leaders
13. Manage the career of technical staff

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of 3 Par, understanding of the Smart Storage and storage virtualization technology marketing.
2. 10+ years project experience in related or marketing services industries with a focus on database, data, analytics and consulting products and services.
3. History of success working within an individual and team environment.
4. Established contacts and relationships with potential customers.
5. Ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadline in pressure situations.
6. Able to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively.
7. Takes ownership of deliverables.
