Job Description:
Provide daily publishing operations & maintenance support to HP.com websites and other online/social media assets.
Ensure all tasks are delivered /performed adherence to HP Web Standard and Policies.
Must acquire in-depth knowledge of various HP templates, process & publishing platforms operations and apply to daily assignment in order to optimize the efficiency & productivity, timely delivery and quality manner.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline
•
At least 1 ~ 2 years of working experience in the Information Technology, Computer industry and/or Online Marketing
•
Excellent command of English language (both spoken and written)
•
Proficiency in Japanese (both spoken & written) is a MUST
•
Able to speak & write other Asian and/or European languages is added-advantage
•
Attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, self-motivated and possess can-do attitude
•
Ability to manage multiple project operations/assignments simultaneously
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash and other web software/application
•
Basic web development skills in HTML programming, Java scripting, PHP and Database
•
Good knowledge in web design trend in Japan (inc. Font style, line break and text spacing)
•
Good knowledge in respective BU businesses in Japan and terminologies they use
•
Good knowledge in Japanese audience preference acceptance in design
•
Accurate reading and writing skill set of Japanese for the quality assurance in the creating process
•
Good communication & interpersonal skill
•
Ability to work independently and under pressure
•
Good team player and willing to work in virtual team environment
