- For our Industry Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 Commercial 商务.

What are my responsibilities?

1.In order to avoid commercial risks, make contract evaluation in respect of contract terms and cost calculation.

2.create Sales Order or WBS in SAP

3.In order to cooperate accounting for clearing work, recognize in time customer payment with corret information

4.In order to trace material flow to meet contract delivery schedule, confirm the correction of goods type and quantity for logistic to do Goods Receipt and effect final payment and issue delivery request to logistics.

5.In order to contribute service cash flow, evaluate each order A/R case, contact customer for reason of delaying payment and future payment schedule, make detailed records for A/R following status.

- Assisting Sales to tracing A/R actively.

6.In order to keep Service Spare Parts WIP in a reasonable level, check case by case the sales order WIP, identify the reason of aging WIP and find out solution or escalate for solution.

- Checking WIP report assigned by team leader or other colleague.

- Follow up the old WIP case actively.

- Other Tasks Assigned by Team Leader and Department Manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 3 years commercial related experience

- 2~3 years multinational company work experience

- Bachelor degree or above

What else do I need to know?

- SAP skills

- Good communication in Chinese and English
