Technical Team Manager/Leader
Responsibilities:
Hire and build technical team
Managing local technical consultant pool
Work with implementation project manager to assign technical consultant resources
Coordinate technical development efforts with local and overseas clients
Review functional specifications
Lead technical design and development efforts
Required documentation
Support and motivate technical consultants in reaching their career objective

Requirements:
M.S. or B.S. in computer science, information system or relevant majors
3+ years of software project management and team management experiences
Self-motivated to study new technologies, new packages
Ability to hire and grow-up strong technical team
Solid ERP related software development experiences
Object oriented programming skills (C++, Java, etc)
Strong knowledge of relational database (SQL Server, Oracle, etc, )
Familiar with at least one major ERP software package (SAP, EBS, PeopleSoft, etc.)
Fluent speaking and written English
Offshore development coordination experience is preferable
Experience of global collaboration environment is preferable

流利的口头和书面英语

有协调离岸外包开发项目经验者优先

With the requirement for our fast growing up business in Shanghai and our future ERP projects in Asia, ATAWAY Shanghai is looking for Functional Consultant, Technical Consultants, and Junior Technical Business Analyst for its Business Department and Delivery Services Department.
