Job Description

You will take part in major reengineering/transformation/Integration project for major global customer. You will work in international teams. Projects will be located in China and in other part of the world.

Among the tasks you be performing:

· Analysis of client existing processes

· Definition and implementation of new processes

· Change management

· Analysis of requirements

· Client interviews and conduct meetings

· Manage teams

· Presentation to customers

· Large Back Office system integration (ERP, BPM, BI, etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science Engineering, or related fields

· Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ethic / Positive attitude / Independent and self-motivated

· Fluent oral and written English; passed CET-6

· Other language appreciated

· Quick learner and self-starter

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently (as required)

· Strong sense of time, can work under pressure, ability to pay attention to details and consistently produce high-quality work.
