Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:

1) Maintain current approved supplier good relationship
2) Implement annual cost reduction plan
3) Fix annual purchasing contract with supplier at the beginning of year
4) Implement localization activities according to fixed localization plan
5) Maintain an keep fresh necessary purchasing information in Baan
6) Implement purchasing for plant investment project(production line, equipment…)
7) Support VAVE implementation
8) Support IPD develop new project in plant
9) Support planner push supplier delivery on time
10) Support SQE push supplier perform continuous quality improvement
11) Other duties assigned by manager

Key Competencies:

1) bachelor degree. Master in Mechanical, automotive or industry engineering
2) Good negotiation and persuasion skills
3) Minimum 3 years work experience in purchasing, supplier development or supplier quality management area.
4) Familiar with the process of stamping, molding and die casting
5) Good knowledge of ISO16949
6) Effective oral and written English is preferable
7) Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories and procedures, plus extensive knowledge of legal issues in contract development and administration
8) Operation computer MS office freely. Especially good skill of Excel
9) Hard worker with the highest integrity and can-do attitude, excellent team player with good people skill
10) Self-motivated and result-oriented person with minimal supervision and great potential to grow with the company

Education and Experience:

3 year degree in Supply Chain Management or indirect material purchasing experience.
Certification in Microsoft Office preferred.
3-4 years experience with automotive supplier is preferred
