PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES AND OBJECTIVES

· Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy new applications, systems software, products, and/or enhancements that could potentially improve the existing production applications and operating environment.

· Review and analyze existing applications' effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.

· Research and make recommendations on products and services in support of development efforts.

· Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application-usage best practices.

· Support the development of training materials and documentation.

· Test and implement new releases and/or modifications of FS and other assigned applications. This will require research of the vendor support sites to find enhancement patches and solutions. Potentially this could include work with an outside firm to develop and implement customizations.

· Ensure that any new software integration meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

· Must be able to initiate process improvement teams, taking into consideration issues of other teams and/or divisional disciplines. Position is expected to support and participate in projects designed to increase operation efficiencies in conjunction with other corporate departments.

· Possesses the ability to organize activities, set priorities and handle multiple tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


· 4-year college degree in Business or related fieldwork experience in Finance, Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing, System Applications or Distribution.

· Experience working with FS Application

· Leadership Experience.
