Key Responsibilities:
Cost & Inventory

-BOM Cost auditing and maintenance, engineering change management & routing process (roll-ups, update standards etc.)

-Tooling cost analysis (tracking and updating)

-Production Cost Variance Analysis (material, labor, usage, methods, etc) & purchase saving analysis.

-Internal Plant Reporting (Daily, MOS, QOS), e.g. Hourly Productivity Reporting (earned hours, efficiency, OEE), Scrap cost tracking and reporting

-Inventory Control Actions (negative balances, backflushing, etc)

-Cycle Count Review and Problem Resolution

-Inventory Analysis (E&O, LCM, I/CO Profit, etc) and supporting on Physical Inventory Plan (Prep, Execution and Reconciliation)

-QAD - Inv. Sys Mgmt (back flushing, missing BOM, etc)

Accounting & Tax

-Responsible for journal entries (monthly), month/quarter/year end close procedures (system driven, etc), ensure overall financial results are correctly booked to accounting system in correct period.

-Accounts reconciliation and analysis, corporate accounting reporting (e.g. Reserve Schedule etc.)

-Tax reporting and support (property, state, income, wages), and assist on the communication with the local Tax Bureau.

-Supporting other accounting functions in daily operating, e.g. AR/AP/FA etc.

Financial Analysis

-Supporting on financial budget/forecast/actual report and variance analysis.

-Performance Measurement (Operations, Materials, Commercial)

-Program Profitability Reporting (MSI)

-Bump Chart Tracking and Maintenance (Price and Cost)

-SOX Reporting

-Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management


Requirements:

-University degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

-.Qualified Accountant with Accounting Certificate is a must, China CPA or other equivalent qualifications are preferred.

-At least 3-5 years relevant accounting experience, strong China statuary reporting knowledge.

- Manufacturing company experience is a must, familiar with cost account and financial analysis.

-Familiar with PRC GAAP, have international company working experience is preferred.

-Has good knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, QAD user are preferred.

-Good English writing & speaking skill

English resume is required.
