Responsibilities:

Payroll & Leave Administration

1. Monitor the leave plan and outstanding leave/overtime balance

2. Handle monthly payroll notifications to HR outsourcing companies for all new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, transfers and any changes to ensure proper date integrity

3. Handle and checking monthly payroll (salary and pension)

4. Handle Employer’s Returns of Remuneration & Pensions for staff

5. Prepare related monthly reports

Compensation & Benefits

1. Assist in review C&B schemes including employee compensation, medical insurance

2. Assist in updating and monitor monthly personnel expenses (budget vs actual)

3. Assist in updating and monitor monthly administration expenses (budget vs actual)

4. Assist in prepare HR budget including headcount, personnel cost, recruitment cost, HR service providers cost e.g. Legal advisor and payroll outsourcing company

5. Assist in salary surveys data submission and conduct salary/position benchmarking

6. Participate in annual salary review plans

HR Administration Support

1. Communicate with CIIC for staff movement(new joining, departure, etc )

2. Handle expatriates administration such as housing, education, visa application/extension if required

3. Assist to participate in any related ad hoc project

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above

2. 6 years experiences in Human Resources with which minimum 3 years in relevant function.

3. General knowledge of HR policies and practices preferable;

4. Excellent Computer skills-MS Office

5. Good command of English and Chinese

6. Professional attitude, mature, focused and detail oriented, highly adaptive with strong initiative at work, strong interpersonal and coordination skills

7. Timeline oriented
