Objects of the position:

Assist the implementation of the finance and controlling procedures in order to ensure legal and tax compliance as well as meet finance and controlling standards of BASF group. This includes the liaison with finance and controlling service providers such as country and regional platform in order to ensure smooth and high standard operations and use full benefit of BASF Group set up.

Conduct the bussiness daily operation which needs to be done locally in Chongqing site, including payment, reporting, tax and bank procedure, make sure all the business process are performed smoothly while internal and external accounting guideline have been followed.

Main Task:

? Provide related accounting information (e.g. cost center, inventory, project and so on) to the Service Platform for review and proceeding; Prepare statistic reports based on the local government requirement, support internal and external audit for various queries.

? Conduct the invoice verification and inter-company reconciliation. Ensure the sufficient supporting document are collected therefore payment can be performed smoothly.

? Responsible for the employee reimbursement, make sure the guideline is strictly followed while the service is provided in a timely manner.

? Assist in bank account management and complete tasks assigned from country treasury platform, including account opening/closing, signing matrix maintenance, e-banking setup, annual account inspection, etc.

? Assist in cash management and ensure the entity sufficient cash to support payments, via efficient communication with country treasury platform for funding arrangement, foreign currency conversion or financing activities.

? Assist in issuing Bank drafts, Bank Guarantees, and Letters of Credit per defined policies and procedures. Responsible for all SAFE-required registration or approvals, like capital injection, foreign debts, deferred and forward foreign currency payments, etc.

? Responsible for foreign currency transactions including income declaration, payment verification under trade items, annual audit, and ad hoc SAFE related issue-solving so as to ensure smooth business operations.

? Conduct various tax declaration e.g. VAT, BT, CIT and IIT, assist in VAT refund on export. Coordinate tax investigation and assessment of tax payer from local tax authority, support on external tax audit.

-Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance

-minimum 2 years experience

-Good ERP/SAP knowledge is preferred
