Objectives of the Position:

· Supervise and arrange the lab team to conduct analysis on the products-in-progress，raw materials and finished goods to ensure their quality fit for production and sales purpose.
监督和安排化验室人员执行工艺过程分析、原材料和最终产品检验等工作，满足生产和销售的需要。

Main Tasks:
Planning and cost control 计划和成本控制
? Develop requisition plan for test material monthly
制定每个月的分析用药品、材料申请计划。
? Assist the supervisor in developing and keeping the budget for own cost center. Make proposals to minimize the lab cost within the framework
协助化验室经理制定并执行本成本中心的预算，在框架内对降低化验成本提出建议。

Quality control for products 产品质量控制
? Supervise the team’s work in product analysis and tests according to the degree of complication by allocating assignments.
按照任务的复杂程度合理分派并监督团队成员的产品分析和测试工作
? Conduct complicated tests or customer returned products
主导复杂的检测工作以及顾客退回产品的检验。
? Advice production function on the findings of the analysis/ testing result and recommend solutions.
根据在分析和测试中的发现给生产部门提出建议。
? If necessary, co-ordinate the technical service team for further evaluation/investigation.
需要时和技术服务团队合作对质量问题做进一步评估和调查。

EHS responsibility as supervisor 做为主管的EHS责任
Supervisors are responsible to their managers for implementing the required EHS procedures in the groups. The particular responsibilities are to:
做为主管向上级经理负责本团队安全操作程序的执行，具体包括：
? Assume liabilities to implement management programs and carry out the modification actions within the working area, to ensure that the EHS performance is improved continuously;
负责工作区域内管理程序和整改措施的执行，确保EHS工作的持续改进；
? Organize and participate in the relevant safety activities, e.g. safety short talks to emphasize safety before, during and after working;
组织并参加有关的安全活动，如安全谈话：班前讲安全、班中检查安全、班后总结安全；
? Educate the new employee on job safety;
负责新员工的岗位安全培训；
? Prepare for job, verify the safety condition and issue the safety work permit per authorization;
完成作业前的准备工作、确认安全条件并按照授权签发安全作业许可证；
? Communicate the hazard （e.g. hazardous substances in workplace， specific risk related to the job）with group members and contractors;
与小组成员及承包商沟通存在的危害(如工作场所危险物质或与作业本身相关的特定风险)；
? Routinely inspect the workplace for potential hazards and eliminate thereof;
定期对工作场所进行安全检查，发现可能存在的的潜在危险因素并纠正。

Basic EHS responsibility of all employees:做为员工的基本EHS责任：
Employees are responsible for complying with the requirements of the EHS Policy and procedures. Their particular responsibilities are to:
遵守EHS 政策和程序的要求，具体包括：
? Observe the company EHS policy, procedures and working instructions;
遵守公司EHS政策、程序和工作指令；
? To take EHS requirements into consideration prior to any activity or work to make sure that the launching work is safe to prevent/minimize the safety risk, environment pollution and other potential hazards;
贯彻安全第一的原则，在开始任何一项作业或工作前，必须首先消除/尽量降低安全风险、环境污染或其它隐患；
? Attend all EHS training as required;
根据安排，参加所有EHS培训工作；
? Familiarize themselves with MSDS of hazardous substances within workplace;
熟知工作场所内存在的危害物质的MSDS；
? Develop safe working skills and habits;
培养安全工作技能和习惯；
? Assist colleagues with EHS requirements;
帮助同事执行相关EHS规定；
? Have the responsibility for promptly reporting to direct supervisor in case of any incidents and near miss or exposure to hazardous substances;
出现事故或未遂事故以及危险物质暴露时，立即上报直接主管；
? Inform their supervisions of any hazard, unsafe condition or practice;
向主管报告发现的危险、不安全条件或做法；
? Always practice good house keeping and keep workplace clean;
保持工作场所的整洁；

Record and reporting of test result 记录和测试结果报告
? Examine reported analytic data, affirm abnormal data and report to supervisor or relevant production team, classify product grade, file and save the analytic records.
检查分析数据，发现非正常数据时向主管经理和相应的生产团队报告，确认产品等级，保存分析纪录。
? Set experiment quality standards, analyze frequent problems
设立化验质量标准，处置分析过程中发生的问题。

Chemistry lab management 化验室管理
? According to established policy/procedure/practices, supervise and manage the chemistry lab including the safety, testing materials stock, cleaning, etc. to ensure the smooth operation.
按照公司相关政策、程序和惯例，对化验室进行监督和管理，包括安全、器材、材料以及清洁卫生等，确保正常运行。
? Be responsible for rectifying all equipment in the chemistry lab according to the equipment manual or instructions from suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of experiments.
负责按照设备手册和使用说明书对化验设备进行校验，保证化验的需要。
? Be responsible for the set-up, proper use and maintenance of all lab equipment to ensure their quality requirements.
负责所有化验设备的正确投用、使用和维护，确保质量要求。

Develop and maintain work Procedure Manual 工作程序文件编制
? Maintain and update the lab work instruction manual and operation manuals according to the equipment manual or instructions from suppliers to regulate the experiments procedures and methods.
维护和更新化验室工作程序文件和设备操作手册。

People management 人员管理
? Coach direct reports and monitor their performance on labor issues including safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, training, etc.
指导和管理直接下属，监督他们的日常工作，包括安全和保卫、员工关系、工作安排和培训等。

Ad hoc task as and when required.必要时承担特殊任务。

Education: secondary technical school and above
Working Experience: 8 years and above
Technical and Professional Knowledge: chemical analysis experience,supervisor work experience
