Objectives of the Position:
· Under the general guidance of Logistics Manager, according to the business strategies, policies and procedures, lead the implementation, plan and monitor the processes of warehouse logistic activities covering S&OP planning, MRP, shipment, vendor management, order processing, and interfacing with suppliers, customers, KU/KUM&KUS, etc. in order to streamline business process and improve the effectiveness, control and costs and enhance working partnerships with various parties. Team management, coaching and motivating staffs.
在物流经理的指导下，按照商业策略、政策和程序，领导实施、计划和监控仓储物流的工作包括S&OP计划、MRP、装运、服务商的管理和同服务商、客户、KU/KUM&KUS及销售队伍交流以加速业务处理、提高效率、控制成本、加强相关方工作联系。团队管理、指导和激励团队成员。

? Organize all warehouse activities & assign Jobs accordingly for staff

? Logistic Service Provider management

? Setup logistic center layout & space management and procedures such as SOP, MRP, etc.
BPCC物流中心仓库空间管理及工作程序制定，如：SOP（标准作业程式），MRP
（物料需求计划）等…
? Overseeing stock control, aging stock control, packing planning and processing orders;
库存控制、过期库存控制，包装计划及订单处理
? Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
仓库车辆、机器及设备保养计划
? Planning future capacity requirements
计划未来库能需求
? Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress
组织员工培训，监督员工业绩及进度
? Plan and execute Material receiving / outgoing works
计划和实施物料收/发货工作
? Manage monthly supply chain KPI report: DIV, stock aging, delivery performance, forecast accuracy, production plan change rate, etc.
管理月度仓库KPI报告：DIV、过期存货、交货能力、预测精度、生产计划变更
率、等等
? Producing regular packing/delivery/stock taking reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
统计制作每日、每周及每月包装/出货/盘点报告
? Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
激励，组织及鼓励团队内人员合作确保达到工作目标
? Support Logistics Team works and Government office liaison
支持物流团队工作和政府部门协调
? Implement QM and EHS & TDS concepts
实施QM和EHS/TDS
? Ad hoc task as and when required.

? EHS responsibility
Education: Bachlor degree for Business related
Working Experience: At least 5 years in warehouse function, at least 3 years of warehouse management expereinces,
Technical & Professional Knowledge: warehouse management knowledge and skills. Good English skills and computer using skills.
