Objectives of the Position:
leading receiving, storage, preservation and distribution of spare parts, materials, equipment - set up necessary policies / procedures
Main Tasks:
· Ensure (together with relevat engineer) all spare parts, materials and equipment are correct and in good condition
· Organize quality check of receiving spare parts, materials and equipment with relevant engineer (purchaser) and QA/QC engineer - WH engineer is in charge for the number and relevant engineer / QA/QC engineer for the correct specification and quality - WH engineer is doing the GR (Goods Receive) in SAP
· Train and develop own team (2 WH techn.)
· Ensure that all spare parts, materials and equipment (un-) loading, handling, transportation is done in an effective manner and according to the relevant EHS procedures, statutory regulations and codes and the spare parts, materials and equipment is properly protected
· Operate the WH with SAP MM - organize the storage locations, keep always an updated WH inventory
· Provide reports for FA and Maintenance / Company Management
· Maintain the agreed minimum stock levels (together wit relevant engineers)
· Develop necessary WH policies and procedures
Support Supervisor's annual budget development in the area of WH
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position:
Education:Bachelor degree or above
Working Experience:5+ years in WH Management in petrochem. or chem. industry
Technical & Professional Knowledge:solid knowledge of WH Management, Good SAP knowledge, good understanding for Maintenance materials / goods, basic english communication skills
