Objectives of the Position:
develop, implement, lead and control all external service contracts related activities in BPCC
Main Tasks:
· develop, implement and follow up all processes and procedures with regard to external ervice providers
· collect, analyse and forecast requirements for external services together with related techn. sub-team leads of ME &EHSS department
· Work out with techn. sub-teams, EHSS and techn. procurement the most suitable service contracts with regard to EHSS, Quality, Costs and Schedule
· Implement service provider evaluation scheme for pre-contracting and regular performance review - report to ME & EHSS department Mgr.
· check / audit contractor invoives with related techn. sub-teams
· review on regular basic the CQ - Changzhou - CCIP servider provider environment and propose potentials for optimization (if any recognized)
· work out with techn. sub-teams the most suitable contracting strategy for different services (lump sum - unit rates - reimbursable)
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position:
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Working Experience: 8+ years in engineering / maintenance in petrochem. or chem. industry
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
solid knowledge in service contracts (different approaches), good understanding of related engineering standards as well as legal requirements, processes and procedures, good english communication skills as well as good people and situation management skills
