PRIME FUNCTION OF ROLE 职位概况
？ This is the new role of purchasing marketing & sales in NPR function.
？ The general function of this role is to support the business in the delivery of service and initiatives ensuring cost optimised and service delivery on marketing and sales category
？ To coordinate with the cross functions to facilitate the NPR system in Deco China
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
？ Support Deco marketing team and sales team to ensure our purchasing activities can meet internal customer target
？ Play the strong role to set up the purchasing process and performance criteria on purchasing agency, advertisement and other marketing ATL related.
？ Set up and manage the vendor pool of marketing ATL.
？ Manage vendors to assure we can obtain good service and competitive price during whole purchasing process, include vendor selection, negotiation, contract, and vendor management
？ Ensure the compliance of SAP system, ISO, PS and HSE from purchasing portion.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验
？ University graduate in BC degree is required.
？ Good communication skill.
？ Continuous min 3 years working experiences in the field of purchasing in multi-national company,
？ Related purchasing experience on marketing and sales
？ Highly responsibilities, honestly, teamwork spirit.
？ Good at spoken and written English are essential for the job holder.

？ To be in sincerity, reliability and loyalty to the company as well as fairness opposite the business partners, incorruptibility, with viability of value conception of the culture
？ Problem solving skills and ability
