Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
· Focus on high-po across China and collaborate with Talent COE to accelerate development of high-po talent and deepen Corporate's local succession pools.
Ø Identify relevant strategies to accelerate talent development in close collaboration with L&D and Business HR
Ø Support high-po or global talent development initiatives eg. Future needs program
· Promote and support strong links across China HR shared services and Business HR; act as the primary point of contact for services coming into the business from talent management. Coordinate, consult with and leverage colleagues from shared services and talent management. Suggest changes for continuous improvement and better functioning of interactions across.
· Act as a bridge to raise visibility, place and deploy high-po across BUs/functions in China to accelerate career development and optimize talent matching. This will include facilitating process for cross-BU/function talent forums (or similar interventions)
· Build talent management capability within HR and Business teams in China: Sustain set standards and monitor Annual Talent Reviews across BUs; provide specific expertise for identification of key positions and talent assessment.
· Support other Talent COE initiatives in Asia Pacific as required
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
· Bachelor or above
Leadership Competencies
· Focus on training field to create value
Job Required Competencies
· University degree with at least 8 years related experience in a multinational organization or foreign invested company
· Good oral and written English (College English Test Band-6 and above)
· Adequate computer application knowledge and skill in MS Office (PPT and excel in particular)
· Good communication and influencing skills
· Good Presentation skills and a team player
· Have a positive working attitude and self starter
· Strong sense of accountability and detail oriented
