Job Description
GIENT Company is looking for a Methods Engineer (Man or Woman) to assist the operational management optimizing the resources of the company and to ensure the realization of a technical offer (research and economics variants).

Scope and Primary activities:
·Review organization schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of methods, procedures, and activities.
·Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of organization changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
·Conduct studies of technical improvements and find solution for energy efficiency improvement for new or existing projects.
·Conducts energy audit and executes energy projects for all type of facilities.
·Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, equipments, and utilities.
·Design and implement, and follow up optimal working conditions
·Participate in the choice, installation and development of production equipment and methods
·Draw up management charts
·Constitute a source of information for safety and quality
·Prepares professional presentations, business proposals, reports and deliverables for prospects and clients.

Management
The Methods Engineer will report directly to the operational manager.

Skills

Profile
·Degree in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background
·5 years of experience in sales & business development or engineering consultancy (energy or environmental activities)
·Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology and in particular in Energy and utilities (Steam, hot& cold water, compressed air). This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
·Experience in managing and implementing energy projects.
·Knowledge in O&M management,
·Mother tongue is Mandarin, proficiency both spoken and written in English.

    公司所处的重庆市空港工业园区，是毗邻重庆市区的重庆三大工业园区之一。园区内生活设施齐全，交通四通八达，紧靠重庆江北国际机场，区内高速公路网纵横密布，轻轨3号线“高堡湖站”距公司200米。
    三、乘车路线
    1、乘坐轻轨3号线到“高堡湖站”下车，下车后直接进入车站旁的支路——“高堡湖东路”（支路口有家“居缘酒店”），往前200米即到（即该支路左侧第二家厂，办公楼顶有“Gient”的LOGO，大门处有5根旗杆）。
    2、乘坐608、555、687、563路到“长安工业园站”（鸽牌电缆公司大门旁）下车，下车后沿轻轨下行方向走约200米即到“高堡湖东路”路口。
    3、乘坐681、682路（往空港园区方向）到“长安汽研院站”下车，车站处即为“高堡湖东路”路口。
