Summary
Is responsible for die correcting in time and supply extrusion die for extrusion press , make sure the profiles have a good quality .

职责
Responsibilities
Make sure timely supply extrusion die for extrusion press. To be responsible for the pilot production of die and correct it in time if there are defects on the extrusion profile.
保证机台生产所需模具的供给。新模试模及不合格模具修整的及时完成。

Finish classifying of dies , put& keep a good state of them in storage, have a plan of die storage.
完成模具的分类、入库、保管，模具储备规划。

To track die using process, keep a record of every correct operation, record and analyse the scrapped die, propose the improved measures.
对模具服役全程跟踪，做好修模记录，及报废模具的登记,分析并提出改进措施。

Maintain close communication with die engineer and the extrusion operator. Improve the qualified rate of profiles. Reduce the loss.
与模具工程师、挤压生产人员密切沟通，提高型材合格率，降低修模损失。

Keep the relevant environment clean and safe.
模具场地的环境卫生及安全的管理。

Complete the other work assigned by die engineer.
完成模具工程师交待的其他工作。

任职资格
Post Qualification
Male ,the age is between 30 and 50. with a technical secondary school degree or above.
男性，30周岁以上，50周岁以下。中专以上学历。
Understand the basic principle of metal extrusion, familiar with extrusion die structure.
了解金属挤压的基本原理，熟悉挤压模具结构。

Have good practical ability, have some of the bench foundation, can use dc arc welding machine and argon arc welding machine.
动手能力强，具备一定的钳工基础，会使用直流电焊机和氩弧焊机。

5 years die correcting experience in extrusion plant, who has an experience of correcting die being used of extruding rolling stock profiles is preferred.
在挤压行业从事过5年以上修模,有轨道交通型材修模经验者优先。

Good at communication and coordination.
良好的沟通和协调能力。

Sapa Chalco Aluminium Products (Chongqing) Co. Ltd. (SCAP) is a joint venture of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) and Sapa Group, the world’s largest aluminum extrusion company which both parties takes 50% shareholdings. It was established on 28th, June, 2011. SCAP develops competitive solutions within car body modules, exterior products and floor panels based on aluminum profiles, including extrusion, heat treatment, Friction Stir Welding (FSW) and machining. We are contributing to a safer (high strength in car body) and more energy-efficient (light weight in car body) rail transportation system building up.
