Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods. Prepare instruction for production.

2. Analyze and plan space requirement and workflow. Design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficienty.

3. Confer with planning and person design concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

4. Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials or parts and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standars.

5. Confer with management, engineering and other colleagues regarding manufacturing capabilities and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

6. Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree, major in Technical or engineering.

2. 3-5 years related experience.

3. Be able to work with mathematical concepts.

4. Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standards exists.

5. Fluent English communication both in writting and speaking.
