1. Supervise daily accounting processes including GL and reporting etc,
2. Manage monthly financial closing and full set of accounts for P.R.C and U.S. accounting rule, prepare statutory financial report and corporate financial report on time on a monthly basis.
3. Responsible for the completeness, accuracy, integrity of the accounting records of the assigned accounts of the plants with local and U.S. accounting rule.
4. Maintain and develop the costing system, standard cost and cost process optimization. Analyze all of cost variance, inventory and cost on the monthly basis.
5. Review the data to HFM. Keep the accuracy for BS/PL/statistic reports etc. in HFM.
6. Prepare tax report and statistic report to ensure compliance to local statutory requirements.
7. Review and ensure timely account reconciliation.
8. Conducting annual stocktaking and FA counting together with Logistics and Production department.
9. Coordinate with plants and other departments to improve GL process. Responsible for internal and external auditing.

10. Work together with SOX champion to develop internal controls, policies, processes and carry out the control processes to meet SOX requirement.

11. Other tasks assigned.

Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree in accounting or finance major with 10 years+ of Financial Reporting experience, preferably in a multi-currency environment
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications is needed (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3. Integrated tax knowledge especially in multi-national environment is a requirement.

4. Keen Experience in QAD would be a plus.

5. Ability to build good working relationships with all members of the organization
6. A methodical, organized approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities
7. Attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills
8. Mature and good communication skill and leadership
9. Up-to-date U.S. Accounting Standard knowledge and local accounting standards
