职位描述:
1.完善质量体系/流程：与其它部门一起建立，更新并确认质量体系文件（程序，工作指示，表单格式）；
2.负责确保公司质量体系运行质量;负责通过ISO9001和AS9100认证；
3.参与执行及改进程序文件及质量体系运行过程;组织内部审核；
4.组织与相关部门评审现有的质量体系以确保现有体系和过程的效率；
5.组织文件负责人更新流程和工艺文件以确保没有失效或过期;
6.负责更新来自内外部的审核文件，管理评审或其它渠道的文件。
职位要求:
1.研究生学历，至少五年以上相关工作经验；
2..有ISO9001和AS9100认证的工作经验，拥有审核经验更优，有铸造业的工作经验；
3.良好的英语或法语交流能力，有较高的责任心和执行力；
4.有大型跨国公司工作经验者优先，贵州籍优先
(此职位工作地点在：贵阳）
Responsibilities:
1.Develop the Quality System/Procedures: Cooperate with other department to establish, update and validate the Quality System documents (procedures, instruction, form)
2.In charge of the Engineering Assurance Quality for the Company
3.Responsible to pass the ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Certification
4.Participate to carry out and to improve the procedures and the Engineering process
5.Organize internal audits
6.Organize reviews of existing quality system with interested parties to ensure effectiveness and validity of existing systems and processes;
7.Organize document owners to update procedures/process documents to make sure no obsolescence or out of the date issues are in the documents. The need to update documentation may also come from internal/external audits, management reviews, or other channels;
Qualifications:
1.at least 3 years relevant working experience
2.Experience in ISO9001and/or AS9100 Certification and Audit will be appreciated;
3.Experience in the casting industry will be appreciated
4.Good command of English or French
5.Responsible and strong execute ability;
6.Prefer with big multinational manufacturing company working experience;

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
