POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for China market by collecting, managing and maintaining market and sales information and research market trend as well as competition
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Maintain divisional CRM database such as SIS, Vehicle Platform Information, Opportunity Tracker, etc
2) Marketing research aggregation on key accounts
3) Assist in the execution and coordination of the marketing plans, promotions and forecasts
4) Assist analysis and reporting (daily, weekly & monthly) of key performance data
5) Provide trend and market opportunity analyses
6) Determine current market share and monitor trends
7) Create, manage and analyze customer satisfaction study. Present results to all levels of the organization
8) Analyze internal customer and external industry data to continuously refine and improve marketing and sales efficiency
9) Identify segmentation opportunities and predictive variables of purchase behavior.
QUALIFICATION:
1) BA/BS degree in marketing, engineering or another related subjects
2) Outstanding ability to recommend appropriate marketing research and distil from raw research data key customer insights
3) Sales or Marketing experience a plus
4) Strong computer application skills including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office
5) Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
6) Motivated and creative with the ability to self-manage
7) Able to work effectively across functions
8) Passionate about the business opportunity
9) Native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English
